Job Title: School Administrative Support Assistant (SASA)

Job Summary:
Connections PCS is seeking a dedicated and highly organized School Administrative Support Assistant (SASA) to join our team year-round. The SASA plays a vital role in maintaining efficient daily operations of the school office and supporting the needs of students, staff, families, and leadership. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven public charter school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front office coverage, greet and assist visitors, and manage incoming communications
- Maintain student records, including enrollment, attendance, and demographic data
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination of school events and meetings
- Manage inventory and order office and school supplies as needed
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support school leadership with compliance reporting and data entry
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate communication between staff, families, and external stakeholders
- Assist in summer planning and back-to-school preparation during off-session months
- Perform other duties as assigned to support school operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in office administration or education preferred
- Prior experience in a school setting or administrative support role strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and student information systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (some flexibility may be required based on school events or needs)

Connections Public Charter School is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Math Teacher to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will hold a valid teaching license in the state of Hawaii and have the ability to teach Pre-algebra, Algebra, and Geometry. Experience teaching Algebra II is preferred.
