Responsibilities
- Provide effective classroom instruction following the regular teacher’s lesson plans.
- Maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
- Foster engagement, respect, and curiosity among students.
- Communicate professionally with staff, students, and administrators.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in your care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Valid state Substitute Teaching License (preferred) or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication, flexibility, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for education and working with diverse learners.
