The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Elementary Instructor (Pre-K to 5th) to join our team. You will work directly with students to strengthen their core academic skills, fostering a love for learning in a supportive and engaging setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide fun and engaging instruction to students in reading, writing, and mathematics.
- Create and implement effective lesson plans tailored to student needs.
- Help students in grades Pre-K through 5 build confidence and master fundamental concepts.
- Foster a dynamic and positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum two years of experience working with students in an instructor or teacher setting.
- Required: Comfort with and ability to create lesson plans for writing, reading, or math in grades Pre-K to 5th.
- Preferred: A degree in education is a plus, but not required.
