Special Education (SPED) Teacher
Kanuikapono Public Charter School is seeking a compassionate and committed Special Education Teacher to support the diverse learning needs of our haumāna. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure students receive the services and support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
Hawaiʻi Teaching License in Special Education (required)
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Dedication to inclusive, student-centered, and culturally responsive education
