Applicants should have a love for three and four-year-old children and a heart for ministry. Requirements include the following:
Degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education and 6 months experience or
CDA and 1 year experience in an Early Childhood Education Program or
Bachelor's Degree in any field, 12 credits in approved ECE or CD courses and 6 months' experience
Patch Teacher Certification has been met or is in process
