Are you a passionate leader who loves shaping bright futures? Parkway Village Preschool is looking for a Center Director to guide our amazing staff, support families, and create a nurturing, inspiring environment for our youngest learners.
What you’ll do:
-Lead a dedicated preschool team with vision, heart, and Aloha!
-Build strong partnerships with families and the community
-Oversee curriculum, enrollment, and daily school operations
-Ensure our keiki (children) are safe, supported, and ready to thrive
-Inspire staff with training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
-A degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
-3–5 years of experience in early childhood education (with at least 2 in leadership)
-A creative, organized, and compassionate leader who values teamwork, cultural inclusivity, and community building
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-Someone who can balance big-picture vision with day-to-day details
