Listed as a National and Local Best Place to Work, Our Consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineering Manager to join our team. This person will manage projects from beginning to end while coordinating with consultants, managing team, and ensuring that clients expectations are met. Typical duties and responsibilities may include one or more of the following: training, scheduling, coordinating, supervising, reviewing, quality control, and directing consultants and project team. We offer full family medical.
Leading a team of less then 10.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required
Minimum 5 – 10 years of well-rounded electrical design working experience with all phases of design and construction.
Must have Professional Engineering license in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 – 3 year management experience
Minimum 5 – 10 years of AutoCAD and Revit experience ( usually use CAD, but transitioning to Revit.)
Experience with Bentley MicroStation preferred. ( nice to have)
Experience using complementing software Photoshop/Illustrator, Sketchup, InDesign a plus (nice to have)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
Experience managing the design of major electrical design projects highly preferred
Organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multi-task projects and establish priorities
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally
Able to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
