Description of Duties:
Engage in all aspects of architectural design (with intent to help lead and guide Jr. PMs forward)
Manage project from predesign through construction phase
Lead team and sub-consultants through project completion
Prepare and submit permit-ready sets to local jurisdictional authorities
Drafting and document preparation ranging from residential and commercial construction documents to graphics for project proposals.
Skills & Experience:
Required:
Architecture License
5 years (Minimum) professional architectural experience
Revit experience
Word and Excel efficiency
10+ years working with an architectural design firm
Experience with multifamily residential, civic institutional, or commercial office architectural project management
Strong speaking, writing and presentation skills
Strong leadership skills (Position would lead and mentor Jr. Staff)
Preferred:
LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification
Hawaii Architecture License
Sketch-up
Photoshop
Illustrator
Microsoft Project (ability to develop and manage complicated project schedules)
