Job Title: ControllerJob DescriptionThe corporate controller position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include interpreting financial data, the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, payroll, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Key responsibilities include maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, implementing controls over accounting transactions, producing the annual budget and forecasts, managing the offshore accounting team, recommending performance benchmarks, providing P&L reports, evaluating manual processes for automation, formalizing month-end closing processes within 10 days, overseeing financial reporting, performing financial analysis for capital investments and pricing, establishing strong relationships with General Managers for collaborative problem-solving, ensuring compliance with government requirements, assisting with external audits, and establishing a cash flow forecasting process.Hard Skills
