The Surfing Pig Hawaii is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our BOH team. If you have a minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience, a willingness to learn new techniques, and the ability to take initiative, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards.
Assist with food preparation, including chopping fruits and vegetables, portioning, and preparing sauces.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Clean as you go!
Take initiative to ensure food quality and presentation meet Chefs standards.
Requirements:
Minimal 1-2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, cleanliness and organization.
Strong communication skills and team mentality is a must.
