Mucho Aloha Brewhouse is hiring experienced Line Cooks.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
