Brick Fire Tavern Managers work side-by-side with the Chef de Cuisine and the other members of the leadership team to lead the daily operations of the business. They are accountable for the overall quality of hospitality, service, food & beverage and the financial health of the business that they oversee. They work closely with the rest of the management team and crew to ensure that the highest standards are upheld for the benefit of the team, our guests, the community, our vendors and the business as a whole.
Managers work with the leadership team to plan and coordinate the operations of their venue by working closely with the Chef and the rest of the management team. Together they ensure that the operational areas of their venue's business are aligned with the mission of BFT.
Managers work directly with ownership to define, develop, teach, maintain, and improve the vision and culture for their venue and the BFT family as a whole. They are the main link, bridge of communication and buffer between the rest of the crew and the ownership.
This position requires flexibility and a wide range of hospitality, service and business management intelligence. The Manager actively embodies, inspires and teaches skills that will elevate the core values and mission of BFT.
