Job Summary: The Catering Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating and executing catering events, ensuring seamless operations from initial client contact through event completion. This position involves working closely with clients, kitchen staff, and event teams to deliver high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, providing quotes, and ensuring all client needs and expectations are met.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private dinners. Coordinate logistics such as menus, staffing, and equipment rentals.

Administrative Tasks: Manage bookings, contracts, and payments. Keep detailed records of client interactions and event details.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, event managers, and service teams to ensure successful event execution.

On-Site Management: Attend events as needed, overseeing set-up, service, and breakdown. Address any issues that arise promptly and professionally.

Remote Work: Perform administrative and planning tasks remotely as required, ensuring timely communication with the team and clients.

Flexible Schedule: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as event schedules dictate.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event planning, catering, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

[Preferred] Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
