PM Line Cook Job Responsibilities
Set up mise en place and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service according to standards
Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Adheres to proper food handling sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Basic kitchen skills include: slicing, mincing, chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces
Keep station neat and clean during and after shift
Must have open availability
Culinary school diploma preferred
Minimum 3+ years as line cook

Job Type: Full-time, must be available to work 5 PM shifts per week, 2pm-Close
Pay: Competitive $24-$28 per hour + tips
