We at Choice Health Bar are looking for a new manager for our Juice Team, where we make healthy, colorful and tasty 100% juices to sell in our Paia and Kaanapali shops. You'll work with fresh, local and organic produce to clean, weigh, juice and bottle our amazing elixirs.
Our kitchen is a very positive work environment- you'll be leading a team of three in an air-conditioned and very clean production kitchen, listening to good music, and making healthy drinks to serve our community.
Our ideal candidate is a great team player, organized, detail oriented, and very self motivated. Experience in the food industry and/or as a manager would be a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ROLE AS PART OF JUICE TEAM:
labeling glass bottles
cleaning, prepping, and weighing a variety of fruits and vegetables
operating our state-of-the-art commercial cold-press juicer
moving inventory between our walk-in refrigerator, storage loft and kitchen location
tasks to support your teammates and our store-front locations
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ROLE AS JUICE TEAM MANAGER:
ordering produce from our long standing local vendors
scheduling, approving team sheets
production planning, reviewing sales data to determine what to make each shift
creating seasonal flavors
taking inventory for non-food products and ordering accordingly
scheduled maintenance of our juicer
maintaining relationships with others using our shared kitchen
reviewing team performance
You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
HOURS AND COMPENSATION:

Wages $25-30 per hour DOE
