Kauai Juice Co Store Weekend Manager

Kauai Juice Co is expanding and we are looking for a weekend manager for the Koloa Store. The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading through Kauai Juice Co mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line customer service and is accountable for all aspects of their Kauai Juice Co store. This position requires a passion for sales, process excellence, a drive for results, and the ability to lead and influence. You will be the one to ensure that the front of house store is well-coordinated and productive by coaching your team, full knowledge of food and beverage, and by managing sales and inventory procedures. Most importantly this person acts as the face of the company for their store. Shifts are 8am-6pm and must be available Saturday/Sundays plus additional days during the week.

You are an essential part of the development and long-term success of Kauai Juice Co! In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate has the following skills and proficiencies:

3+ Years Management Experience

3+ Years Restaurant Experience

Passion for Sales and Customer service

Positive and knowledgeable attitude incorporating all aspects of the health and wellness industry.

Your 3 Primary Responsibilities Include:

CUSTOMER SERVICE

SUPERVISING RETAIL STAFF
