Part-time and full-time positions available!

We are seeking cooks, prep cooks, line cooks, and kitchen helpers to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a vital member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals while ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans, using a variety of cooking methods and techniques.

Assist with kitchen organization, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the team to ensure dishes are presented to the highest standards.

Utilize knives and other kitchen tools to prepare ingredients for cooking.

Provide exceptional service by ensuring all dishes are served promptly.

Maintain a strong focus on food safety and quality control throughout the food preparation process.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.

Ability to work in an energetic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including ingredients and equipment.

Basic knowledge of dietary aids and dietary department procedures.

Certification in food safety or willingness to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe.

Proficiency in knife skills and food preparation techniques.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality and safety in all aspects of the job.

Compensation:

Starting at $16/hour (based on individual skills and experience).

Pay increases available after the probationary period based on performance.

Employee meals provided.

Working Hours:

Flexible hours can be discussed and adjusted.

Kitchen staff shifts start at 10 AM.

Store hours:

Monday to Thursday, Sunday: 11 AM - 8 PM

Friday and Saturday: 11 AM - 9 PM

Additional Preference:

Korean language skills are a plus, but not required.
