Hours: Full-time, 35- 45 hrs, schedule varies (includes prep days and food truck shifts)
Pay: $4,000/month salary + tips

About the Role
We are hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee food preparation, inventory, and operations for our food truck. This role requires strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage high-volume prep work. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining food quality, and keeping supplies stocked.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle all food and inventory shopping (company truck provided)
-Track stock levels in the food truck, storage, and support kitchen
-Lead two 8-hour prep days per week, ensuring all ingredients are prepped efficiently and up to quality standards
-Cook and pull 180 pounds of meat per week (must have experience with meat prep)
-Prep additional items as needed outside of scheduled prep days to prevent shortages
-Work one to two days per week in the food truck
-Provide shift coverage when team members call out
