Hours: Full-time, Morning Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM)
Pay: $20/hour + tips ($1,200-$2,000/month in tips)
Start Date: Immediately

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the Team: Create the monthly staff schedule, cover shifts, and find replacements as needed.
Culinary Excellence: Prepare high-quality food quickly and efficiently while maintaining our standards.
Financial Management: Calculate and distribute tips weekly.
Customer & Employee Relations: Handle and de-escalate customer or employee situations with professionalism.
Keep it Clean: Perform deep cleans of the food truck twice a week to maintain health and safety standards.
