Seeking food truck manager to manage day to day operations for growing business. Must have at least 1 year managerial experience in food and beverage industry.
Duties will include:
- Staff scheduling and labor management
- Stock ordering and management
- Social media management
- Monthly meetings with owners to discuss business performance and plans
Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the business and will be required to work 48 hours week.
Compensation up to $5,500 monthly
- Base salary will be $3,500 a month
- $200 a week sales target bonus
- Up to 5% of net profit bonus per month
