Seeking a Kitchen Manager/Prep Cook to oversee kitchen operations for a small bar. Ideal candidate will have kitchen experience, along with leadership capabilities and thorough knowledge of the behind the scenes of the service industry.
The kitchen has little to no cooking so it will be mostly cold plates. As such, the job will include food prep and plating, along with scullery, inventory, and overall kitchen management.
