We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. As a Line Cook, you will work in a fast-paced environment to prepare menu items that involve consistent movements and tight routine.
Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure food is served in a timely manner and meets presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen team and chefs to ensure smooth operations during service.
Assist with inventory management and notifying management of shortages, outages and factors detrimental to quality.
Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for food, craft beer, and the local dining scene is a plus!
