We blend the vibrant flavors of Japanese cuisine with creative fusion elements, offering a unique dining experience to our guests. We are looking for passionate and talented line cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
-Knowledge of Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients, is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
-Excellent knife skills and ability to operate kitchen equipment.
-Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
-Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-A passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow.
Position Details:
-Dinner shift (4:30 - 10pm weekdays, 4:30-9:30 weekends), Sunday Brunch Shift (9:30am-2pm)
-$18 to 22/hr
