POSITION SUMMARY
This role is vital in providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they walk in. You will assist the serves and hosts with cleaning tables and preparing them for the next guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
Assist servers as needed to support the smooth flow of service.
Promptly clear used plates, utensils, and glasses from tables after guests leave.
Stack and transport dirty dishes to the kitchen efficiently.
Reset tables with clean silverware, napkins, and condiments.
Ensure tables are clean and ready for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand and dining areas.
Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
Ensure all guests feel valued, appreciated, and well taken care of during their visit.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding service and food safety.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain focus in a busy environment.
Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
