Position Overview:
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pizza Hut restaurant. You will lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to ensure top-notch customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Ensure compliance with Pizza Hut standards, policies, and procedures.
Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other expenses.
Manage employee scheduling, training, and development.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotions.
Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant management experience, preferably in the fast-food or pizza industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, 50 hours a week expected
