Aloha Mixed Plate, an iconic local style restaurant established 30+ yrs in Lahaina has reopened at it's original location on Front Street. Serving delicious local food at affordable prices, we are excited to serve our local community and visitors. Responsible for every aspect of the guest's and staff's experience. Duties include training staff, greeting guests, resolving customer complaints, providing hands-on help to service teams, creates systems and programs that support customer and staff service, maintain profit margins, support and develop brand, communicate with other Hui and executive leadership, develop next level leadership, maintain facilities, health and safety of teams.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Lead and coaches with enthusiasm a well-trained team of managers, front-line employees

- Develops and maintains systems and products that keep in line with our brand and vision.

- Maintains facility soundness

- Provides leadership and systems with profit in mind

- Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Working conditions:

- This position requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and visual acuity is required

- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill required daily tasks.

- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

- Must be able to perform office work for up to 8 hours at a time

- Must be able to remain on your feet for 8 hours in continual movement.

- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

- Must be able to work in an area where air temperatures and kitchen equipment exceed 90 degrees.

Qualification Standards:

Education - High school or equivalent education.

Experience - 7-10 years minimum working experience in related position
