Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Prepare consistent, high-quality beverages in line with recipes and presentation standards.
Provide welcoming, attentive bar service to both bar guests and servers.
Maintain full knowledge of the cocktail program, beer, wine, and spirits.
Manage bar prep, stock levels, and product rotation to ensure readiness for service.
Monitor guest behavior and follow responsible alcohol service practices.
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with all health and safety guidelines.
Accurately record orders, process payments, and follow cash-handling procedures.
Support efficient service by coordinating with servers and the kitchen team.
Recommend cocktails, features, and premium products to elevate the guest experience.
Assist with inventory counts and identify any product or equipment needs.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Bartending experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and communication skills.
Availability to work flexible hours.
A positive, upbeat attitude.
Team player mentality and a fantastic work ethic.
