Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Conscientiously learn, observe, and maintain Scotty Brown’s systems and operations.
Hands-on experience of the highest operational standards.
Manage food, kitchen labor and other kitchen-related costs.
Consistently execute food to our specifications within time standards.
Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conduct food cost analysis.
Ensure high quality food production and presentation.
Manage prep inventory ensuring proper receiving, storage and rotations.
Ensure proper food safety practices are followed.
Continually train, develop and motivate quality kitchen staff.
Champion and lead delivery of menu rollouts to kitchen team, including training of new menu items and product updates.
