I am a personal chef and am looking for an assistant for 5 events in November and 4 events in December. The shifts are about 10 hours per day. Skills needed: fine dining restaurant experience, proficient knife skills, prepping, grilling, sauce fundamentals, speed.
This is a high end environment, that pays great. A background check and signing an NDA are required.
If you are a big drinker or drug user please do not respond, it won't be a good fit.
