Position Overview: As a Shift Lead, you will oversee the operations of your shift, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and support a team of employees, manage daily operations, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to ensure high standards of performance and customer service.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
Operations Management: Oversee daily shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Problem-Solving: Handle shift-related challenges, such as staffing issues, equipment malfunctions, and supply shortages.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-casual or restaurant setting is required, with leadership or supervisory experience.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-Focused: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
