We serve up shave ice with love and aloha, creating a welcoming experience for our customers. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Shave Ice Shop Supervisor to help oversee operations, maintain our standards, and ensure consistency across locations.
Job Overview:
The Shave Ice Shop Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, and upholding the quality and consistency of our products. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll play a key part in training employees, maintaining store efficiency, and assisting with the successful launch of our new location.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow at both locations
Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, and presentation
Train, mentor, and support staff to ensure excellent customer service
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Assist with scheduling and employee management to ensure proper coverage
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across locations
Foster a positive and motivated team environment
Work closely with the owner/management team to improve operations and drive growth
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail management preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
Comfortable training and coaching team members
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
Passion for creating an exceptional customer experience
