Position Overview:
We are seeking a Caregiver Care Lead to join our team and play a vital role in providing high-quality care, leadership, and support to both caregivers and the families we serve. The ideal candidate will excel in hands-on care for elderly clients, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- As a Caregiver Care Lead you will provide direct care and support to elderly clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Lead, mentor, and support caregivers by conducting regular check-ins and ensuring care plans are followed effectively.
- A Caregiver Care Lead will serve as the point of contact for families, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with care services.
- The Caregiver Care Lead will collaborate with the Home Care Manager to assist in caregiver scheduling, care plan coordination, and team communications.
- The Caregiver Care Lead Assist in planning, coordinating, and participating in events and activities that engage clients and support their emotional and physical well-being.
- Promote teamwork by fostering a positive and collaborative environment among caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client care standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Proven leadership experience or ability to supervise and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families, clients, and caregivers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- A team player with a compassionate, patient, and caring approach.
- Ability to collaborate with the Home Care Manager and other team members to meet client needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
