Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Receptionist located in Honolulu, HI. This position will be responsible for greeting and checking-in patients, assisting with examination and treatment room preparation, scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Applicants must be proactive, willing to learn in a fast paced environment, and reliable. Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus however, we are willing to train the right individual.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Certified Chiropractic Assistant (CCA) credentials preferred not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with managing patient records and scheduling appointments
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Experience with Chiropractic software such as ChiroTouch is a plus
