Job Title: Patient Service Representative
Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
Verify patient identification and insurance information
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of front-facing customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
Proficient in using computer systems and software
