We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions and play a key role in supporting the HR department. Duties:
Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs - Conduct benefits administration, including enrollments and terminations.
Produce and maintain statistical report, directories, and miscellaneous administrative duties
Assist with benefits and events.
Assist with confidential personnel files and records.
Assist with H.R. Manager with miscellaneous
Participate in talent management initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process.
Utilize Taleo or similar platforms for recruitment purposes.
Support human resources management by implementing company policies and procedures.
Support conflict management and resolution within the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Proven experience working as an HR Generalist or in a similar role 3 plus years
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
