We are seeking a reliable tour guide to join our team and lead visitors through exciting and informative tours. As a Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in providing an engaging experience for guests while teaching them about Hawaiian history and culture. Maintaining customer safety is a large part of what we do. This is a combined position on top of being a tour guide you will also be a ranch hand, completing different tasks around the ranch. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, have public speaking skills, have good time management skills, and currently live on the island of Maui.

Duties
- Lead guided tours, providing historical, cultural, and factual information
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the tour
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer questions and provide assistance to enhance the visitor experience
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of tour routes, destinations, and relevant information
- Help with ranch duties including maintenance, landscaping, feeding animals and general ranch chores.
Experience
- Ability to educate and inform visitors about tour locations
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with diverse groups of people
- Proficient in time management to adhere to tour schedules
- Strong public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with guests
