We are seeking a Horseback Trail Guide / Ranch Worker to join our team at a picturesque ranch. This role involves guiding horseback trail rides and assisting with various ranch duties, as well as earning cash tips daily.
Responsibilities
- Lead horseback trail rides for guests of varying experience levels
- Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all riders during trail rides
- Assist with the care and maintenance of horses, including feeding, grooming, and exercising
- Perform general ranch duties such as fence repair, equipment maintenance, and landscaping
- Operate power tools and machinery as needed for ranch upkeep
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required
Qualifications
- Experience riding is required
- Experience working on a farm or ranch is preferred
- Capability to handle heavy lifting responsibilities of at least 50 pounds
- Passion for working with horses
