Position Summary:
Join our dedicated team at K&C Marine as a Marine/Boat Mechanic. We are seeking individuals with a mechanical background and a passion for diagnosing and solving engine issues. Boat experience is preferred but not required as we offer on-the-job training programs. As a Marine/Boat Mechanic with K&C Marine, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various types of boats and yachts. We work on both inboard and outboard motors, as well as other boat repairs such as mechanical, hydraulic systems, engine controls, electrical, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on boats and yachts
- Perform routine maintenance on marine engines and systems
- Install and test marine equipment and accessories
- Ensure the safety and seaworthiness of vessels
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Qualifications:
- Mechanical background preferred
- Experience in marine mechanics is a plus but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
