Good Day Everyone,
Upkeep with the residential/commercial buildings maintenance requirements, this will include various tasks such as cleaning of pool and grill areas, maintenance of common areas, and other general janitorial duties. Other duties will be explained further on the job site.
Job description
Essential job functions:
Basic Carpentry
Some Landscaping
Power washing
Basic plumbing repairs such as a leaking faucet or drains
Perform other jobs as needed or directed by the manager
Physical demands:
Standing and walking frequently
Carrying items and hardware up to 50lbs
Climbing on a ladder is occasional
Sitting or kneeling is frequent when making repairs
Job duties may require pushing and pulling up to 50lbs
Lifting above the shoulders may be required
Work environment:
Inside and outside
Occasionally work outdoors in covered or uncovered areas to assemble materials
Must be comfortable getting dirty
Knowledge of carpentry or various skills working with various tools
Mon- Fri availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
