Kihei & Wailea Vacation Rentals
We’re looking to contract with a dependable, and detail-oriented cleaner to help care for our vacation rental properties in Kihei and Wailea. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. A W-9 will be required, and a 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.
Pay ranges from $100 to $175 per clean, depending on the size of the unit and scope of work.
We truly value those who take pride in their work and treat each space with care, as if it were their own. We’re looking to build a long-term, respectful working relationship with someone who is professional, communicative, and committed to quality.
The ideal contractor is:
responsible, and reliable
Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and presentation
Willing to complete all tasks involved in a turnover, including in-unit laundry
Able to take initiative and work with a team mindset—“That’s not my job” isn’t the right fit for this role
Available to clean between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., depending on guest check-in and check-out times
