Equipment Operator
Maui Disposal Inc. is looking for a talented addition to our team! We are currently looking for Equipment Operators!
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess a driver's license
Possess good written and oral communication skills
Must have excellent attendance record and provide work history and references
Prefer applicant with backhoe, loader and/or skidsteer experience but willing to train right individual
Required to learn how to operate MRF balers
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Required to follow company’s safety policies and procedures and to operate equipment safely & efficiently
Must be able to pass Physical Stress Test
Must be available to work Monday through Friday (Saturdays as needed or required)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests.
This is a “full time” hourly position with full benefits including overtime, paid vacation, paid personal days, paid holidays, 401k and profit sharing after one (1) year, free medical coverage for employee, if choosing Kaiser, otherwise minimal cost if choosing other plan, dental coverage, free Life Insurance, optional Cancer Insurance plan, etc.
Hourly wage is between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour
Three (3) month probationary period.
Paydays are every Friday
