Looking for a reliable part-time worker to help with harvesting at our small regenerative orchard in Lahaina. We focus on agroforestry and grow a wide variety of fruit trees.

– 20 hours per week
– Monday-Thursday, 5 hours per day

– Must use your own vehicle (gas stipend provided)
Job Description:
Main work involves harvesting fruit from our orchard, watering, weeding, and basic farm maintenance. Some days you’ll work alongside the owner; other days you’ll be working on your own. We have an abundance of fruit that needs proper harvesting, often from multiple trees at a time. This is physical, outdoor work – you’ll be lifting, carrying, and moving produce regularly. Must be willing to learn and follow proper harvesting techniques to ensure fruit quality and care for the trees.
Occasionally, you’ll deliver fruit to local restaurants or customers and help make value-added products for the farm stand or CSA program.
Requirements:
– Must live on Maui
– Must have reliable transportation
– Clean driving record
– Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
– Comfortable working outdoors in the heat
– Dependable and able to work independently
