You will be working on a farm as a farm hand and for a property mangement enterprise.
Knowledge of working with animals, fencing, and irrigation is nice to have. The farm manages cattle, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, fruits, and vegetables.
When it comes to the property management side of things, being able to communicate well, learn on the fly and get things done is important, their are always new problems arising and being able to work on things with a can do attitude is imperative to success. Other parts of portion of the job include; plumbing, landscaping, agricultural work(such as pruning, chipping, or planting), hauling away junk, painting, and more.
Will only work with and pay people who want to work, have good attitudes, can put their bullshit aside, follow instruction, and can be on time.
