Live-In Farm Manager / Regenerative Orchard Steward (Pupukea, O‘ahu)

This is not a surf-camp or casual work-trade—it’s a professional lifestyle role for someone who trains, eats clean, and values consistency. It is the perfect setup for a happy well adjusted guy who might enjoy cross country running and/or mountain biking. The best forested trails in Hawai'i are a stones throw away. Also on the property are 2 super energetic, dogs who love to exercise.
Our professionally designed 2-acre orchard features avocado, citrus, banana, cacao, breadfruit\ grown on an organic regenerative farm estate. Ideal for candidates seeking a great spot to work, play and feel grounded in health and nature. It is a very special spot, with like minded individuals (including the owners), living separately on this estate.

Work-for-Rent: hours worked first offset rent each month
Extra hours paid $27/hr (review & raise after 3 months)

The Role (3–4 days/week):
Mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, transplanting; propagating, irrigation upkeep; small structure/greenhouse builds; harvesting & washing fruit for market. Possible Farmers market help needed
Experience is welcome, but training will be provided—for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate:
Self-motivated, reliable, clean, honest, organized and communicates clearly
Substance-free; committed to health, fitness, and mental clarity
Physically fit; enjoys consistent outdoor labor
Farm/landscape experience helpful, not required—attitude matters most. This opportunity is rare, and is highly sought after. We have had an incredible farm manager for the last 4 years, but he just got married, and unfortunately this position is for a solo person only
