Provides customer service in all areas of helping client families following the loss of a loved one. Interacts with the family to fulfill the death care needs of their loved one. Provides exemplary personalized and professional service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Officiates funeral service
Supports multiple locations required
Arranges and conducts funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional, organized and caring manner consistent with company policies and procedures
Drives company owned professional vehicles safely to transport bereaved family members to funeral services, visitations, and receptions as well as during funeral processions. May pick up and return family members to their place of residence.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
Directly related experience preferred
Certification/Licenses
Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of computers and some software including MS Office Suite required
High level of compassion and integrity
Good communication skills
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Detail oriented
