Goals and Objectives:
The following is a description of the objectives and responsibilities of our maintenance person. This job description is not all-inclusive. Maintenance and cleaning projects will arise as required. The maintenance person is expected to complete the tasks assigned to them.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality maintenance services and grounds in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. In this regard, punctuality, diligence, and teamwork. Essential Job Functions: (These items are a general guideline and not limited to the following)
Pushing, pulling, or lifting 50 lbs. or mand ore, constant walking, standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and working on ladders are required (eight hours or more daily). Work will consist of being in the elements, sun, heat, rain, and wind; the job environment includes but is not limited to, being subjected to dust, noise, and odors.
Painting & Light Carpentry work
Paint and touch up as needed to help the property from looking weathered and worn down.
Electrical and other minor repairs within 24 hours of notification, even on weekends. Check to replace bulbs as needed within 24 hours)
- Repair minor leaks, unclog toilets
- Clean and wash down the Spa/Jacuzzi area daily (if needed)
- Chemicals, brush, and clean the filters. Vacuum, backwash the filter, and add chemicals as needed.
- Assist if called upon by him/her to carry heavy items, etc.
- Keep a neat and organized work area, take inventory, and plan efficiently to order and pick up supplies.
- Keep timely and correct timecards & and submit cards by 10 am on payroll date.
- All work equipment must be safely stored away at the end of the day. No equipment should be left in common areas,
- Complete projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
