Wailua-based landscaping company with 30+ years in business, servicing the entire island of Kauai seeking dependable, flexible and energetic Team Lead to join our crew. Candidates looking to apply must have a solid work ethic and great teamwork skills with previous knowledge/experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance.
Summary:
The Landscape Lead is responsible for performing a variety of landscaping maintenance tasks, leading the maintenance crew at one of our Resort or Condo properties. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must, experience driving truck/trailer is required.
Key Success Skills, and Requirements:
Hold and maintain valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
Able to drive truck + trailer
Experience operating landscaping equipment such as weed whackers, hedge trimmers, push and riding mowers etc.
Excellent knowledge of specific landscaping materials, methods, tools and equipment and techniques required to complete required tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Technically skilled in landscape construction and knowledge of irrigation systems
Desire to interact with clients and team in professional, patient and courteous manner
Perform work quickly and efficiently, demanding excellence in quality
