Maintenance worker needed for low income apartments in town.
Must have own transportation and at least one year of maintenance experience in the following areas:
basic plumbing
basic electrical
drywall
painting
light carpentry
flooring
installing cabinets
general cleaning

Position is full time (40 hours per week), 8am-4:30pm Monday -Friday. Salary is $50,000 per year based on experience. Full benefits package: medical, dental, paid holidays and vacation, 401k, and life insurance.
