Seeking energetic, self starter, able to carry out assigned duties safely, properly and efficiently with high quality and minimal supervision
Strong work ethic, friendly, flexible and able to communicate well with residents and management
Knowledge of landscape, irrigation, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry and pools and spas
Able to safely operate all tools, power tools and work materials related to this position
Candidate should be prompt and reliable, neat, clean appearance
Must be able to read and speak English.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass background check and drug screening.

Salary based on background and experience
Full time day shift, weekends as needed
