This position involves a variety of tasks related to the upkeep and cleanliness of our residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.Responsibilities:Clean elevators (1 elevator with 3 floors per building).Set up elevators with plywood flooring and wall padding for move-in/out.Mop floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.Daily clean trash rooms to maintain a sanitary space.Clean walls and doors to uphold the aesthetic appearance.Clean bathrooms to ensure hygiene standards.Clean barbecue grills, picnic tables, pick up trash, and empty trash containers in courtyards.Adjust landscape timers and replace bulbs in landscape lights.Trim atrium plants and make planters look neat.Keep detailed reports on daily duties for record-keeping purposes.Pressure wash sidewalks to maintain a clean exterior.QualificationsAbility to follow instructions and work independently.EXPERIENCE with maintenance work such as: Trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of commercial and residential properties electrical issues, lighting repair, installation of new circuits, light fixtures, janitorial, etc.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting and manual labor.Skills needed: - Plumbing Repair Cleaning Power Tools Forklift Operation Hand Tools Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Equipment Cleaning Trash removal Heavy lifting Lighting fixture maintenance Safety Procedures General Maintenance Facility and Equipment Maintenance Yard Maintenance ❘ Precision Measuring Instruments Equipment Repair HandymanTo apply:Please email your resume at isak066@kellyservices.comIf you meet the qualifications and skills, apply today!
